The first Transnational Project Meeting (TPM1) of the Erasmus+ KA210-SCH project Integrated Exploration: Creative Thinking and Sustainable Solutions was held on 6–7 March 2025 in Wrocław, Poland, hosted by the American School of Wroclaw under the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme.
The programme began with welcome remarks, partner introductions, and a presentation of the project’s objectives, timeline, expected results, and alignment with Erasmus+ priorities. Partners defined roles and responsibilities, agreed on communication and reporting procedures, and conducted detailed planning for the upcoming Learning, Teaching and Training (LTT1, LTT2, and LTT3) activities, including goals, participant selection, methodologies, and evaluation criteria.
Financial and administrative management was also discussed, with clarification of budget allocation and documentation requirements. In addition, a collaborative workshop focused on integrating sustainability, art, coding, and robotics into project activities.
The meeting concluded with final planning decisions, dissemination strategies, and risk assessment discussions.
TPM1 successfully established a clear implementation roadmap and strengthened cooperation among the partner institutions.
