The project led to the creation of a new, non-vocational educational counselling service specifically designed for individuals aged 55 and above, addressing their unique learning and development needs. A practical guide was developed for adult education professionals, offering clear recommendations, implementation strategies, and ready-to-use templates to support the delivery of this service.
Through collaborative activities, at least six staff members from the two partner organizations enhanced their skills and knowledge in the field of adult education and counselling. As a result, the institutional capacities of both partner organizations were strengthened, enabling them to offer improved support to older learners.
Finally, the project contributed to the expansion of adult education services in both partner countries, enriching the existing educational landscape with innovative, non-professional counselling opportunities for the 55+ age group.
